been ported to 5 different OS's! You can also get the SNES97 emu
here. This emulator was dicontinue with no intention of a revival
but someone talked the authors into passing the project on to a
new team. It may advane again
ZSNES

This is the greatest of the SNES emulators at this time, use and
enjoy. It even has color add/subtract effects for layered colors,
and true SNES performance.

An interesting product, just flies, unbelievable speed. They say you can use this one on a 486DX/2-66Mhz. Now with sound, but it does have all graphics modes, including mode 7. Definately worth trying, the next version should have sound too. Their server has been very unreliable so I have a copy of ver. 0.15 (the latest as of 1-4-98) saved local, click here to download it.
